Refund policy

Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our healthcare and dental products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return request, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

All return requests must be approved first.
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, proof such as photos or videos may be required.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on healthcare, dental, or personal care products once opened or used.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used hygiene or dental products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • No perishable good/Flammable items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your issue is approved, we may:

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Provide a refund so you can place a new order


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The product is not a hygiene or personal care item that has been opened

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The order did not arrive

In many cases, a return of the product is not required.
Refunds are issued at our discretion.

We may request proof (photo or video) before approving a refund.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
